Whether your team consists of 10 or 200 people, we offer the perfect corporate event for companies of any size. Our workshops and activities focus on biodiversity and sustainability, ensuring that your event is not only fun but also meaningful.
Whether it’s a summer party, a company celebration, or a team-building event: Bee friendly will organize your sustainable corporate event at your company’s location or here in our educational garden.

During the free initial consultation, you’ll learn how Bee friendly can support your corporate event, for example by:
The event can take place at your company or at any location of your choice, such as Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Hanover, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Bonn, Cologne, Dortmund, Essen, or Freiburg. Alternatively, the corporate event can also be held at our teaching garden in Mannheim.
Honeycomb Workshop
Bee hotel for your home
“Let’s work together to protect wild bees and promote biodiversity.”
In the honeycomb workshop, participants get hands-on: using their hearts, hands, and creativity, they build honeycomb-shaped bee hotels—professional nesting aids that provide a safe haven for wild bees in their home gardens, on their balconies, or on their windowsills.
Everyone is welcome to pitch in. Working together is fun, sparks new conversations, and creates shared memories. Along the way, participants learn fascinating facts about wild bees, their way of life, and their importance for biodiversity. To wrap things up, we’ll make wildflower seed shakers—so the bees can find not only nesting sites but also plenty of food.

bee hotel that can be assembled either as a single honeycomb or connected to the other honeycombs.

The Bee Hotel Workshop is our classic team-building format – flexible, personalized, and tailored to your needs. The goal here is to make a lasting impact through a larger-scale project and strengthen team spirit.
Depending on your objectives, the workshop can be structured in a variety of ways—from building
large insect hotels and nesting aids to creating flowering areas and implementing customized biodiversity projects. The focus is always on your team working together to create something lasting and engaging deeply with the topics of environmental awareness and biodiversity.

Resilience Workshop
Experience nature & cultivate inner strength
Resilience means developing the ability to overcome challenges and emerge stronger as a result. In this workshop, we combine experiences of sustainability with practical methods for fostering resilience.
Participants will learn about the parallels between resilience in ecosystems (or our environment), resilience in teams, and personal resilience.
They will also explore how resilience is fostered and what they themselves can do to live resiliently and sustainably. We combine mindfulness, sustainability principles, and personal skills to ensure that participants leave the day feeling empowered and equipped with practical exercises for managing stress and change.

The Bee Hotel Workshop Kit for Kids
Sustainability, environmental protection, and the preservation of biodiversity are important issues that concern us all. To help raise awareness of these topics among our youngest members of society, Bee friendly is now offering bee hotel workshop kits for fun project weeks at preschools and schools.
Over the course of ten project steps, children, parents, and educators explore the question “Why are bees so important?” and learn a great deal about native wild bees, nature conservation, and sustainability.
Through songs, interactive stories, craft activities, and many other engaging exercises, children are introduced to the topic of biodiversity in a playful way. To simplify planning and implementation, each project step includes methodological, pedagogical, and content-related tips, so that educators and teachers do not have to put in any extra work.

The events can take place anywhere in Germany—whether at your company’s location, outdoors, or at a suitable venue in cities such as Berlin, Dresden, Leipzig, Hanover, Hamburg, Stuttgart, Munich, Nuremberg, Frankfurt, Bonn, Cologne, Dortmund, Essen, or Freiburg.
How can I promote biodiversity in my daily life? This question will be addressed in the keynote presentation by Bee Friendly. Biodiversity is in a deep crisis: Over the past 50 years, 68 percent of all species have gone extinct, and scientists estimate that another million will go extinct in the next 20 years. This irreversible trend has dire consequences for the planet, as entire ecosystems will collapse.
Biodiversity education at social education institutions
The IB Foundation and Bee friendly offer biodiversity workshops for social education institutions to provide disadvantaged children and youth with education on sustainable development and biodiversity.
By building bee hotels, participants are introduced to nature conservation in a fun way and made aware of the issue of insect decline.
The workshops allow participants to engage in creative and hands-on activities while doing something for the environment. Through this approach, the IB Foundation and Bee friendly aim to demonstrate that nature conservation can be enjoyable and can be positively integrated into everyday life, thereby strengthening the self-efficacy of children and young people. The workshops are designed to foster an emotional connection to nature conservation and motivate participants to explore the topic further.
To ensure that the social education institutions do not incur any costs for the workshops, a social-ecological network of companies, foundations, and private individuals is being established to help fund the project. We are still looking for supporters! Upon agreement, partners may send up to 10 people to participate in the workshops and show appreciation for the children and young people.
