We are a small, dedicated, and young start-up specializing in environmental and nature conservation projects. Our focus is on sustainable education and creative work with children, teenagers, and adults. We are currently seeking freelance support for our workshops.

Your Responsibilities

  • Leading and supporting workshops (for children, teenagers, and adults) focused on nature education, wild bees, and hands-on activities.
  • Conducting team-building projects in companies and educational institutions.
  • Creatively and engagingly conveying environmental and nature conservation knowledge.
  • Constructing and designing wild bee hotels and other conservation projects.

What You Bring

  • Passion for nature conservation and wild bees: You are enthusiastic about sustainability and eager to share your knowledge.
  • Craftsmanship skills: You enjoy being hands-on and working with various materials.
  • Enjoyment in working with children, teenagers, and adults: You can adapt to different age groups.
  • Driver's license (Class B): For regional and potentially nationwide assignments.
  • Reliability, creativity, and the ability to work independently.

Are you passionate about sustainable ideas, eager to implement your own projects, and interested in marketing and sales? Then Bee friendly is the perfect place for you! We are a dedicated company committed to nature conservation and wild bees. Through creative workshops, team-building events, and educational projects, we inspire people in schools, companies, and organizations to advocate for nature. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a working student in marketing and sales who brings their own ideas and is also willing to assist in our workshops.


Your Responsibilities

  • Social Media, SEO & Newsletter: Design and manage our online marketing activities, develop content strategies, and optimize our web presence.
  • PR & Press Relations: Handle press releases, maintain media contacts, and publicize our topics.
  • Marketing Campaigns: Develop actions and campaigns with us to increase the visibility of our workshops and team-building offerings.
  • Implementing Own Ideas: Have creative suggestions for new communication channels or marketing formats? We welcome fresh perspectives!
  • Beyond Desk Work: Support us on-site during workshops and events to experience our practical work firsthand.

What You Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program in marketing, media, communication, business administration, or a related field.
  • Initial experience or knowledge in social media, SEO, and/or newsletter marketing.
  • Creativity and passion for digital trends, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Interest in PR and press work, with a desire to contribute and implement your own ideas.
  • Hands-on mentality: Enjoy getting involved beyond desk work (e.g., during workshops).
  • Affinity for nature conservation and wild bees—you share our enthusiasm for sustainable and environmental topics.
