General Terms and Conditions

  • Scope

All deliveries, services, and offers of Bee friendly UG (limited liability) (hereinafter referred to as Bee friendly) are made exclusively based on these terms and conditions. Exceptions are express agreements that deviate from these terms and conditions and are made with mutual consent. The version valid at the time of the conclusion of the contract is decisive.

  • Contract Partner

The purchase contract is concluded with Bee friendly UG (limited liability), Bergwerkstraße 40, 69168 Wiesloch

  • Conclusion of Contract
    • The presentation of products in the online shop, the online platform, and the product catalog do not constitute legally binding offers but only an invitation to place an order.
    • It is necessary to differentiate between the following product categories:
      • Bee friendly own products: Products manufactured and distributed by Bee friendly
      • Bee friendly products: Products distributed by Bee friendly but manufactured by others (partners)
      • Platform products: Products distributed via the Bee friendly platform but manufactured by others
    • In the case of Bee friendly own products and Bee friendly products, a purchase contract, if concluded, is entered with the above-mentioned contract partner.
    • In the case of platform products, the purchase contract is concluded with the respective partner. Details can be found under "Platform Products" (see below).
    • By clicking the [Order Now] button, you place a binding order for the goods listed on the order page. Your purchase contract is concluded when we confirm your order by email immediately after receiving your order.
    • In the case of sales through other channels (not via the homepage), a purchase contract is concluded when the offer made by Bee friendly is accepted by the customer.
  • Our Right to Decline or Cancel Your Order

Bee friendly expressly reserves the right to cancel a purchase (an accepted order) in the following situations without being liable for costs or damages:

  • The product is temporarily out of stock (all payments will be refunded promptly).
  • Your billing information is incorrect or unverifiable.
  • The price offer was erroneous.
  • Bee friendly could not deliver to the address provided by you.
  • We have reason to believe the order is fraudulent.
  • Delivery Service
    • The products offered by Bee friendly are shipped nationwide within Germany. The customer is responsible for the applicable fees, which are explicitly stated before the purchase is completed (before clicking the "Order Now" button).
    • For shipments within the EU and non-EU countries, shipping fees may vary and must also be borne by the customer. In such cases, the shipping fees stated (before clicking the "Order Now" button) must be checked and, if necessary, corrected.
    • For sales not processed via the homepage, shipping costs are either included in the product price or explicitly indicated. The breakdown of costs (product and shipping costs) can be agreed upon through offers or arrangements between the contracting parties.
    • Note: For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs fees may apply. These are not included in the stated price and must be paid at the relevant customs office.
  • Payment Service

The products listed under the "Bee Seeds" category do not include VAT due to small business regulations. The customer can only choose the PayPal Plus payment method, which does not necessarily require a PayPal account. Further payment processing is handled via PayPal Plus.

  • Bee friendly Own Products
    • Bee friendly sees itself as a provider of sustainable giveaways. Although we strive for the best quality of our seeds, we are not liable for seeds that fail to germinate and/or bloom.
    • The label sizes shown in the product photos (Bee friendly logo and individual logos) are not binding and may vary.
    • For the sale of honey and other bee products (Bee friendly own products), we cooperate with selected partners. The quality responsibility for these products lies with the producers. Bee friendly mediates in case of disputes but cannot be held liable for any quality defects.
  • Platform Products
    • Under the "Bee Products" category, Bee friendly provides beekeepers and bee enthusiasts with a platform through which they can sell their products. We act as a platform provider and are not responsible for the quality of the products or their shipping. No liability is assumed for the products offered (products from cooperation partners). All descriptions are created directly by the partners and are not checked by Bee friendly. For further detailed questions about the products, Bee friendly can provide contact information for the respective product provider.
  • Retention of Ownership
    • The goods remain our property or the property of our cooperation partners until full payment has been made.
  • Right of Withdrawal
    • If you are a customer of Bee friendly, you are entitled to a right of withdrawal according to the legal provisions.
    • If you exercise your right of withdrawal as a consumer, you are responsible for the regular return shipping costs.

  • Dispute Resolution
    • The EU Commission has created an internet platform for the online resolution of disputes. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online purchase contracts. More information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
