Our partner, Chopollen, combines high-quality chocolate-making with traditional beekeeping. During pollination, pollen from a wide variety of flowers collects on the bees’ hind legs. Using a special liquid from their honey sac, the bees form what are known as pollen packets. These are sprinkled onto Chopollen’s artisanal chocolate, giving it its unique flavor.
