Chocolate with bee pollen

Our cooperation partner, Chopollen, combines high-quality chocolate making with traditional beekeeping. During the pollination process, pollen from various flowers collects on the bees' hind legs. Using a special liquid from their honey sac, the bees form so-called pollen bundles. These are then sprinkled onto Chopollen's handcrafted chocolate, giving it its unique flavor.
