Team Bee friendly

Biodiversity is teamwork. Biodiversity can be fun. Biodiversity can look good.
At Bee friendly, we understand this and aim to help businesses, organizations, and individuals save bees and promote biodiversity. With our bee hotels, workshops, and giveaways, you create habitats and food sources for endangered wild bees – and you’re allowed to have fun doing it! Join us and let your company location bloom!

Warm wishes from your Bee friendly team!

My role is sales and network expansion for Bee friendly because I can talk like a true Viking. Additionally, I take care of IT and the website. Good vibes are always part of the Bee friendly paradise with me.

Before Bee friendly, I completed two apprenticeships as a financial assistant and IT application developer. Alongside Bee friendly, I work as an IT manager and business developer, but Bee friendly is always close to my heart, and I’m very proud of it.

I look optimistically to the future because people are becoming more conscientious about biodiversity and nature conservation. As long as I’m on this planet, I’ll always be optimistic and work to convince many others of the same.

I take care of material procurement, coordinate our suppliers, handle official communications, finances, and the strategic direction of the company.

I founded Bee friendly alongside my main job to find purpose and fulfillment and to leave a green footprint on this world.

I look optimistically to the future because there is a clear trend toward greater sustainability in large parts of the population, and because Bee friendly exists.

At Bee friendly, I am responsible for product development, implementation, and communication. This means I get to develop new products, speak with inspiring people, and think about how we can motivate more individuals to engage in nature conservation. And when desk work becomes too much, I head to the workshop to build our bee hotels.

After graduating from high school, I completed an apprenticeship as a carpenter, which serves me well today in the Bee friendly workshop. Following my apprenticeship, I earned my master’s degree in Heidelberg, where I learned a great deal about how to mobilize people for socio-ecological transformation.

I look optimistically to the future because we have no choice but to save our wonderful nature. Only those who believe a challenge can be overcome will take action to address it.

As an educational advisor at Bee friendly, I design and conduct workshops. I am responsible for the pedagogical development and environmental education aspects, breaking down complex biodiversity topics and presenting them in an age-appropriate way for our workshop groups.

After completing my training as a youth and residential educator, I worked in group services and as the deputy head of a daycare center. When I’m not conducting Bee friendly workshops, I support students in their school life and pursue a degree in educational sciences.

I look optimistically to the future because I see interest in the topic everywhere. It seems most people have understood how vital nature conservation is—we just need to agree on how to approach it. I also notice that small, everyday conversations can spark inspiration in others. A clouded view of the future obscures the opportunities to make the world a livable place for everyone. I see Bee friendly’s mission as creating hope. From my work with children and adolescents, I also understand how important a sense of self-efficacy is.
